"As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm smile and hello. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Consultations are thorough and low pressure with all of the treatment options explored and plenty of time for questions. Financial decisions are met with the same polite attitude and in house financing makes it easy to pay for treatment. From bracket colors to a rainbow of rubberbands to a Hannapel Orthodontics T-shirt you are given many options to personalize your look while getting the best in Orthodontic care. With three of us in braces right now you would think at least one of us would dread appointments but, we all actually look forward to them. It feels like meeting with friends not going to the dentist. The token system helps to motivate my teenagers to maintain good care of their braces and teeth and there is always something fun going on in the office. You can always count on smiles, great attitudes, and compliments on how well you are doing. Dr. Hannapel and his staff motivate you with their positivity to work hard and take good care of your teeth. From my son's very complicated case to my daughter's bite adjustment each were treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. As an adult in braces I thought it would be awkward to be in the office with all the kids but I find myself very much at ease and walking out feeling good after all the love I get from the staff. I am also very impressed with the speed and results of having Orthodontic work done with Dr. Hannapel. My son's teeth were straightened out very quickly and mine weren't far behind.
