| Fees & Scheduling We believe finances should not stand in the way of your healthy smile. There is never a charge for your initial exam with Dr. Hannapel. This allows you to get the information you need to feel comfortable with your decision to begin Orthodontic care. We offer a variety of flexible payment options, including interest free options, as well as third-party financing (Springstone Patient Financing). For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. As a courtesy to you, we are happy to file your initial insurance claims for you. Every insurance benefit is unique with individual plan clauses and restrictions. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated breakdown of your orthodontic benefits at your initial visit to our office. Often our families will have more than one family member ready for orthodontic care at the same time. We certainly understand the challenges in time, energy and expense that this can present. Dr. Hannapel offers a family courtesy when more than one family member is under our care. We also know how valuable your time is. We schedule most of our appointments 6-8 weeks in advance allowing you to plan your appointments into your schedule and allow for as little interruption as possible.
